service respresentative Turkish market
Provide a first class level of customer service to designated customers in a way which delights them and ensures repeat business
Communicate effectively with customers in relation to orders, invoices, payments, forecasts, availability and product queries
Process, confirm & invoice customer orders in a way that meets business guidelines on product suitability, availability, pricing & credit terms
Ascertain customer''s future product requirements & update forecasts to ensure requirements are resourced by the production sites
Liaise effectively with supply chain colleagues, logistics service providers and supporting functions in such a way that customers expectations and business needs are met
High degree of personal integrity and commitment to compliance
Higher level education qualification
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational company
Experience in leading projects and/or teams
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the use of SAP is preferred
Customer service orientated approach
Conscientious and consistent performer
Highly efficient, organized and productive work style
Team player with the ability to also operate independently
Effective networking and communication skills
Fluent in verbal and written English, Dutch and Turkisch language is strongly desirable.
