For this vacancy we are recruiting for an HR operations officer and payroll analyst in the HR department. You are the main contact person for the Belgium employees for all kind of payroll questions and issues and HR issues such as: social legislation, unemployment administration,work permit administration, benefits, company cars, employment terms and conditions. This also includes organizing and executing administration for pension, employee stock purchase plan, Stock, child allowance, group insurance, etc. You are responsible for the monthly payroll process. This involves correct data and processing, in time pay-out, compliant with legal requirements and internal rules. You are also responsible for correct and accurate payments to third parties (. social insurance companies, tax department). You will run and analyze reports of manpower, employment data and payments. Furthermore you support the HR department with general HR administrative tasks.
