Our clients?span across fortune500 companies & verticals and we have operations in EMEA, North and SouthAmerica, Australia and Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be expectedto support our clients based in The Netherlands and Belgium. We are seeking a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst to support the client environmentand help users to find solutions to their technical issues as well asmonitoring the servers, network, PCs and peripherals. You will provide Technical Support forqueries that have been escalated by the 1st Line of support and act as theinterface between IT and the user, managing this query through to problemresolution. The technologies supported include Microsoft Servers, OS and OfficeSuite, Citrix skills are also important for this position, and a knowledge ofcall logging software would be an added advantage.We are seeking someone that has greatcommunication skills and always puts the user first; you should be wellpresented and comfortable working in business attire.
